Working Across Dubai & Abu Dhabi

A digital marketing agency for the UAE’s creative economy.

A social media management and digital marketing agency for architecture, interiors, art and design brands entering or growing across the UAE, from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to the wider Gulf.

Prefer WhatsApp? Message me on +44 7737 180706. Most business in this region is done there rather than by email, and I reply within one working day, Monday to Friday.

The Gap

Most specialists here are generalists with a landing page.

Ask any AI assistant which agencies handle marketing for interior design and architecture brands in Dubai and you will get a list. Look the names up and most turn out to be broad digital marketing firms carrying one page per sector: one for real estate, one for healthcare, one for interiors. That is a keyword strategy rather than a specialism, and a design brand can tell the difference inside one conversation.

The two largest design communications firms in the world both serve clients in this region without holding an office in it. Which tells you what this work actually requires, and it is not a local address. It is knowing the industry, its press, its calendar and how its people talk about their own work.

Start a Conversation
01

First-hand coverage of the region’s design landmarks and events, from Alserkal Avenue and Dubai Design Week to Downtown Design and Saadiyat’s cultural district, not second-hand research.

02

An editorial background in this industry specifically, which is what lets the writing sound like your practice rather than like marketing.

03

One person on the account, so whoever understands the brief is the same person doing the work.

04

The same craft-first approach already trusted by London’s design industry and by LUMI Interiors, a Dubai studio working across private residential and hospitality projects.

What The Machines Say

Your next client may never reach your website.

Shortlists in this region increasingly start in a chat window rather than a search bar. Three checks run on 13 September 2026, on questions a real client would ask.

Asked: which interior architecture practices should I shortlist in Dubai

The answer named thirteen practices and organised them by project type. Almost every source it drew on was a third-party listing site. Barely any of it came from the practices’ own websites.

Missing from that answer

A practice with landmark work in the city and a portfolio that would have earned a place on the list. It was not mentioned once, because almost nothing about its work is written down anywhere a machine can read.

Asked: where can I buy two well-known Italian furniture brands in Dubai

The answer returned the brands’ own global pages. The UAE house that holds the exclusive rights to both, and has done for decades, did not appear at all.

None of that is a comment on the quality of anyone’s work, which is the frustrating part. It is a comment on what is written down. A website is no longer competing only for a click: it is competing to be the source an answer gets built from, and in this market very few design brands have noticed yet.

Run the same searches on your own practice before you speak to anybody, including me. It takes five minutes and it is the most useful five minutes of research you will do this month. If you would rather it was done properly, that is what the audit is for.

In The UAE

What I offer clients across the UAE.

Whether you need a full social media and SEO agency in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, or targeted support alongside an existing in-house team, the six services below cover everything from UAE market entry to region-specific content, dedicated social accounts and local search visibility.

01

Market Entry

For international brands opening a showroom, studio or gallery in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, building local visibility and credibility from day one.

02

Regional Content Strategy

UAE-specific content developed to sit naturally within your brand’s wider international output, considered for the region, without breaking from your global voice.

03

Middle East Social Accounts

Set-up and management of a dedicated regional account, a UAE-focused Instagram, for example, running alongside your main channel to speak directly to the local market.

04

Multilingual Content

Social and web content planned across English, Arabic and other regional languages where needed, with cultural nuance built in from the outset.

05

Regional Trends & Timing

Campaigns and publishing built around the UAE’s own trends, seasons and consumption habits, not simply repurposed from your home market.

06

Search & AI Visibility

Dedicated SEO for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, extended to how AI assistants describe and cite your brand, which is increasingly where a shortlist actually forms.

Capture days run in the UAE as well as the UK, planned around your own showroom, studio, workshop or project site, where the only permission needed is yours. Public and shared locations are a different matter: mall atriums, design district common areas and most third-party events need a Dubai Film and TV Commission permit, usually with a landlord no-objection certificate alongside it. Anything of that kind is identified, quoted and cleared before the day rather than discovered on it.

Dubai

Social media and SEO built for Dubai’s design and creative industry.

From Alserkal Avenue’s galleries to Dubai Design Week and Downtown Design, Dubai remains the region’s most established creative and commercial hub, with a fast-growing base of architecture, interiors and luxury brands opening showrooms and studios in the city.

As a social media and SEO agency working in Dubai, I help architecture, interiors, art and design brands build a genuine, considered digital presence in the city, not a generic, one-size-fits-all campaign.

04

Dubai client work already running from London, with a relocation to the city next to deepen that local access and those relationships.

Abu Dhabi

A genuine digital presence for Abu Dhabi’s growing creative capital.

From Saadiyat Island’s cultural district to the arrival of Frieze Abu Dhabi and the emirate’s fast-growing interiors and hospitality sector, Abu Dhabi is establishing itself as a serious creative capital in its own right, distinct from Dubai, with its own collectors, developers and design community.

As a social media and SEO agency working in Abu Dhabi, I help architecture, interiors, art and design brands build a genuine presence in the capital, not a Dubai-first afterthought.

Common Questions

Working With Me Across The UAE

Do you need to be based in Dubai to work with clients there?

No. I already work with a Dubai design studio from London, and I’m relocating to the city to deepen that relationship and widen access for other clients based in the region. It is worth knowing that the two largest design communications firms in the world both serve Gulf clients without a Gulf office, so this is how the specialist end of this industry has worked for years.

How does invoicing work for a UAE company?

Invoices are raised from the UK in pounds or dirhams, whichever you prefer. A UAE company accounts for the VAT itself under the reverse charge, which your finance team will already handle for other overseas suppliers and which takes a line on a return rather than anything more involved. As the move progresses and local licensing is in place, that changes, and I will tell you when it does.

Can you support both our UK and UAE marketing from one place?

Yes. That is one of the advantages here: a single, consistent strategy across both markets, handled by one person, rather than separate agencies in each region.

Do you offer multilingual content, including Arabic?

Yes. I plan and direct multilingual content strategy, briefing trusted native-language specialists for Arabic and other languages where needed, so messaging lands authentically across every market you’re targeting.

Do you work with clients in Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai?

Yes. I work across the UAE, with dedicated positioning, social media and content support for brands and teams based specifically in Abu Dhabi, not just Dubai.

Can you set up a dedicated social media account for the UAE market?

Yes. Many clients run a regional Instagram account alongside their main channel, giving the UAE audience localised content without diluting the primary brand account. I handle the set-up, content and ongoing management.

How do you approach regional trends and timing?

The UAE has its own content rhythms, from the design and art calendar to public holidays, prayer times and seasonal travel and shopping patterns. Publishing schedules and campaigns are planned around the region’s own calendar, rather than repurposed from an international one.

Can I contact you via WhatsApp during UAE hours?

Yes, and for most enquiries here it is the fastest route. Message +44 7737 180706 and I’ll reply within one working day. The UAE working week runs Monday to Friday, with Friday a short day across much of the private sector, and I work to that.
